BONTEMPI SRL assistance team is made up of highly qualified professional technicians, all regularly trained within the company. The numerous customers, scattered in more than 54 countries around the world, are guaranteed first-class technical support through the latest technological tools, in addition to the classic assistance service for the end customer.
BONTEMPI service team speaks Spanish, English and Russian and can count on the support of supplier technicians, who, being international brands, also have native-speaking technicians if necessary. The Customer Care team guarantees immediate telephone assistance (technical and commercial) both during the production phase of the machine and during and after the expiry of the warranty period.
BONTEMPI offers the possibility to organize the intervention in the shortest time by specialized technicians to respond to requests for technical assistance, installations and / or training at the end customer. This service can be requested directly through the "ON SITE ASSISTANCE" section of the new website.
At the end of 2019, we also implemented a video conferencing service which, together with the remote assistance service for the latest technology machinery, allows to reduce downtime and to offer a better service to the customer. In order to use this service, the customer must contact BONTEMPI who will provide all the necessary information.
